01 Introduction

02 Eligibility

fx777 does not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform. If we become aware that a registered player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately closed and all deposits will be reviewed under applicable responsible gaming protocols.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of fx777 services — including cricket betting, live casino games, slot titles, and card games such as Callbreak — you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

05 Bonuses & Promotions

fx777 offers various promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions tied to PSL and international fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance.

• Promotional Changes: fx777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively affected by mid-promotion changes, except where required by applicable licensing regulations or anti-fraud enforcement.

06 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the fx777 Platform — including cricket betting on PSL matches, T20 Internationals, and Test Series involving Pakistan — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. fx777 does not accept requests to cancel or void a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where a manifest error in odds is identified by fx777.
• fx777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published as a result of a technical error, data feed failure, or clear pricing mistake. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's PKR wallet in full.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to real-time odds changes. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed by the system constitute the final accepted odds for that wager.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at time of placement and may vary based on the market type, event popularity, and your account tier.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fx777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one fx777 account, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.

• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting personal information during KYC verification.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fx777 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fx777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or gaming opportunities resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains typographical errors or outdated data.
• Any harm arising from your voluntary decision to engage in real-money gambling activities on the Platform.

fx777's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

11 Termination

fx777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or KYC non-compliance.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illicit activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring account closure or asset freeze.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Extended account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months with a zero or negligible balance.

Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the PKR wallet will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and compliance checks.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fx777 holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration panels of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through fx777's internal dispute resolution process.
